Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven US Bench Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT staffing and a proven track record in bench sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and market our company’s bench candidates to potential clients and employers in the US market.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with client contacts, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and work preferences to match them effectively with job opportunities.
  • Identify suitable job openings and secure placements for bench candidates, ensuring a good fit between candidate skills and client needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms, pay rates, and other employment conditions to secure the best possible deals for both candidates and the company.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search and placement process, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information, client interactions, and placement activities in our CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment and staffing in the US market.
  • Generate regular reports on candidate placements, market trends, and sales activities to track performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and clients, keeping all parties informed and engaged in the placement process.
  • Handle challenges and objections professionally, finding creative solutions to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as recruiters, account managers, and leadership to ensure a seamless candidate placement process.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in US Bench Sales.
  • Strong network of IT consultants.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Familiarity with ATS and CRM tools.
